This site is dedicated to allowing you to vent your frustration and at the same time warn others about the negative experiences you've had with a retailer, product or service.
Every day people suffer outrages at the hands of companies that claim to offer excellent customer service. Rather than stew in frustration, AngryShopper.com allows you to let others know about your bad experiences. Here you’ll be able to compare notes, and perhaps even offer suggestions to help others who are in their shoes. We'll also offer tips on how to deal with bad customer service and other grievances.
Many companies today fail miserably at customer service, and they don't deserve to make a profit by ripping people off. Postings on this site will serve as a wakeup call and may even convince some businesses to correct the problem. So if your blood is boiling, feel free to complain, rant and otherwise express yourself so that everyone knows how unfairly you've been treated!
